3rd floor water leak coming from bathtub

During the workday early in the fall SERVPRO of Southwest Portland received a call regarding an interesting water leak from the ceiling of a local home. The homeowner explained that the bathtub on the third story was leaking through the ceiling on the living room on the 2nd floor and it affected multiple contents on the second floor. 

SERVPRO of Southwest Portland loaded up the trucks and headed to the home within 45 minutes of receiving the call. The homeowner drained the tub and turned it off after the initial walk through our crew decided that this job would need certain special drying equipment. The equipment needed was the ceiling injection drying system. This was set in the living room in order to help speed up the drying process in order to get the family back to relaxing in their living room enjoying each other’s company.
