Water heater gone wrong!

SERVPRO doing its best to dry ASAP!

Shortly after 5 PM SERVPRO of Southwest Portland,  received a call regarding a huge water loss. The loss was caused by the water heater in the basement was leaking there was a few inches of standing water and the homeowners needed help getting the water sucked out. Once our trained professionals arrived they noticed that the water damage affected all flooring, baseboards, and heavy wicking in the drywall.

SERVPRO of Southwest Portland knew right away that two extra-large dehumidifiers were going to be needed for us to dry the basement as soon as possible. To get the family back to enjoying their basement. There was a piano in the basement SERVPRO was able to get it out and store it to ensure that there wouldn’t be any further damage to the remaining contents in the basement.
