SERVPRO of Southwest Portland received a call regarding a huge water loss at a local package delivery company. Like with every call that is received, SERVPRO of Southwest Portland loads up their very well-trained crew to get to the site as soon as possible. Once the call was received our crew was told the building was approximately 100 years old. 

After arriving on the scene the SERVPRO of Southwest Portland’s crew noticed that the building had been remolded in the ’90s. They also noted that the ceiling, walls, concrete flooring, and contents are affected by a toilet line that had broke from three stories up.

Like every job, the next step upon arrival is to begin coming up with a drying plan. The plan was simple how can we get this dried as soon as possible and get this business back on its feet. A dehumidifier was needed to stabilize the area until the next day. The customer made it very clear to us that they would prefer we not have air movers involved.
