Commercial Water Loss From Roof Leak

Framing up a water loss.

SERVPRO was called out to the frame shop due to a roof leak caused by a hatch on the roof being left open, water coming through the ceiling affecting the walls and ceiling. Leak had been fixed by contractors. SERVPRO remove 28 ft of rubber base trim and set containment over the hole in the ceiling where the ceiling tile fell, we ducted the ceiling and set a dehu to dry out the ceiling and wall cavities. We also set 3 air movers pointed at the walls where rubber base trim was removed. We will leave the on site for 3-5 days until the area is dry.
