A water loss started from a sink in an upstairs office bathroom. The water continued to travel into the adjacent business office and then down to the offices below them. There was standing water in both of the downstairs businesses and all of the flooring and textiles throughout, were made of different materials. Two server rooms were affected by the loss so electric was a huge concern. Making sure water didn't get into the equipment and make matters worse. Major water extraction was necessary right away. Some of the flooring was natural textiles, so proper care for the specific material was also necessary for drying. The water was removed and drying equipment was placed for four days to dry the rest of walls, floors, and ceiling areas that came in contact with the water.
