Office Space Water Damage

During the wet, and rainy season here in the Pacific Northwest, we sometimes get dumped on with large amounts of rain at once. This was an office building that had large amounts of water come through the front doors and across the carpet into other individual office spaces. Since there is no turning the water "off" at the source, different steps are taken to prevent further damage to the structure, equipment, power sources, and personal belongings. With the help of a flood truck to remove the standing water, and redirection of free-flowing water, we were able to start setting up our drying equipment for the interior of the office building. The drying equipment was set to dry overnight so the staff could still work during their regular business hours.
