Mold Damage from HVAC Pump Failure

Carpet removed from mold damage.

This customer had water damage in their basement and the cause of the loss came from the condensation removal pump on their AC unit and the water had soaked into the walls and carpets below. Upon inspection of the water damage, the surrounding areas tested positive for mold. We started with baseboard removal to assess the amount of mold in the area and then continued with carpet removal and drywall removal. Our crew placed air movers around the basement to dry out the water. The mold damage was not visible but the mold and mold odor still needed to be removed.
