There was mold detected on a ceiling and attic in one of the units. It was then determined the mold would need to be removed with minor demolition to affected areas. SERVPRO of Southwest Portland worked to control and remove mold contaminants while protecting the health and safety of the building occupants. The master bedroom was affected by visible mold in the ceiling so further testing of the mold spores was needed to continue the job.
