This water damage happened after a coffee machine malfunctioned and was dripping throughout the night. A team from SERVPRO of Southwest Portland was called out to assess the damage first thing the following morning so we didn't interfere with students attending classes at the school. Accidents can happen unexpectedly, therefore, we are here to help twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week. This water damage was caught early on before other damage occurred from the dripping coffee machine. We were able to have the water cleaned up and all monitoring done around the schools operating hours so students were not affected by the loss and cleanup.
