Front of Structure water damage

The ceiling of the Pioneer Place Shopping Mall was compromised by a broken pipe. The main level of the food court had a few inches of standing water that needed to be removed. Since the water damage was in an area where mall traffic is heavy, the water needed to be removed as quickly as possible so the businesses could operate during open hours. The water loss happened on the third floor making the affected space quite large. Our team was able to locate the site where the water was coming from and were able to turn it off while they worked on getting the standing water picked up. Our team was able to have the water cleaned up, demolition work done, and everything restored back to preloss condition the same day the loss occurred!
