Arrived on site, introduced our self to customer and husband & went over the loss , the roof has been tarped off and tree removed , House was inspected , a total of 7 affected areas , main level living room, drywall ceiling has collapsed damaging living contents , as well as the kitchen/dining area drywall ceiling collapsed hardwood floor damaged and showing signs of warping ,the guest bathroom some ceiling drywall has collapsed , hallway carpet got damaged and is wet , 1 office room , one art room and one normal room in main level were not affected nor showed any signs of moisture damaged so I did not estimate for those but did the sketch of the rooms just in case we run into something while performing mitigation, basement living room heavily affected water pipe burst during snow stone , damaging ceiling tiles and a lot of visible growth all throughout the living room as well on some of the contents , the majority of customers contents are stored in plastic boxes covered so hopefully they’re not damaged and good to go for the pack out that’s needed before mitigation ,i moisture checked the basement bathroom and all walls and ceiling are affected and needs mitigation , both rooms including closet were not affected and had no signs moisture damaged , SERVPRO still went ahead and sketched the areas , over the whole house will need a pack out of salvageable contents , we let customer know we will be handling the pack out and getting an electrician and plumber as well out here & asbestos testing before any mitigation , will also get ahold of their adjuster and notify him/her of today’s inspection and get approvals of scope of work and pack out
