SERVPRO performed a moisture check and job walk to determine if structure has is dried out. We have double confirmed by also checking behind positive ceiling materials for the Kitchen, Hallway and Office Space. We spoke with business owner of Building Manager, We inspected work performed, The subfloor structure has reduced in swelling and appears to be visible stable thanks to drying methods to restore to avoid additional recon cost. We took post mitigation photos just in case. In the restaurant we checked work performed by technicians to determine remaining scope of work to be performed post abatement. Previous visit team was on site to pick up staged EQ, complete remaining demo we are able to complete before abatement services then clean exposed framing and wood structures. We did discover suspicious staining on the back wall in the Office Space where cabinets blocked off the exterior wall and flooring underneath. We marked the wall for a flood cut once our crew returns for final day demo and cleaning. Job progression is at 85% completion. HEPA 500 AFD has been moved from Kitchen/Entry to Kitchen B set under negative pressure for dust control and cross contamination purposes. We swapped out the filter before departure. We secured building upon departure.
