Upstairs Bathroom Leak Causes Downstairs Problems

 Most of us have more than one bathroom.  This home happened to have a faulty toilet that overflowed and kept running, causing major damage downstairs.   When SERVPRO of Southwest Portland was called in we were on site as soon as possible.  The water had gone through the floor and the basement ceiling, causing it to fall.  Once we took the sheetrock down we were able to dry out the room with Air Movers and the ceiling with a specialty Ceiling Cavity Dryer.  The homeowners were very satisfied with how fast we could get their home dried out so they could start on the reconstruction process.
