A little over 2 month from onsite arrival for extraction, mitigation, industrial Hygentist clearance testing, contents move out 2 floors, full sand and refinish main floor hardwood, drywall, custom hardwood base trim, varied slope plywood underlay replacement, new LVT, paint and move back.
