Daniel

Daniel is the General Manager of SERVPRO of Southwest Portland. From starting his professional carrier as a factory hand on a 300ft deep sea trawler in Antarctica. Then he was a Marine Engineer on private yachts all around the world for 6 years. Finally Emergency Restoration where he has gained nine years of experience in the industry. He possesses Applied Structural Drying, Biohazard Remediation, Mold Remediation,OSHA 10, IICRC and AHERA Asbestos surveyor. Daniel has also received many certifications outside of the restoration industry, including 200th Yacht Master and MEC5 Commercial Marine Engineer. As a New Zealander he fell in love with Oregon's world famous outdoors where he spends his free time.

Dawn

Dawn is the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Southwest Portland. She is IICRC certified for Water damage as well as for Fire damage. Her hobbies include reading, skiing, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Dawn came from the yellowpage industry after almost 20 years in the business.

Caitlyn

Caitlyn is the JFC for SERVPRO of Southwest Portland. She comes from a parks department and has an extensive background in customer service, administration, and logisitcs.

Julie

Julie is the Office Manager. She comes from a background of private security, where she managed a UL Certified Central Station, including government contracts. She likes cooking, reading and anything art-related.
